After the initial first contact, an individual care plan is agreed between the service user and Quay Care. This will include the service users needs, wishes and preferences. The care plan is our guide to the care we give you and our commitment  to meeting your care needs.

Our service will be attentive and flexible at all times and the care plan will be updated and agreed when necessary whilst ensuring your right to independence and dignity.
